Responsibilities

• Provide professional eyelash extension and lash services based on client preferences and salon standards.
• Perform lash extensions, refills, removals, lifts, and related services within training and qualifications.
• Conduct a client consultation before treatments to understand preferences.
• Select lash styles, lengths, curls, and techniques based on client needs.
• Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Explain aftercare instructions clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate client service records when required.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Recommend appropriate aftercare products or services when suitable.
• Monitor lash and product quality and report concerns to management.

Responsibilites:

• Provide professional eyelash extension and lash beauty services based on client preferences and salon standards.
• Perform lash extensions, lash refills, lash removal, lash lifts, and related services within the technician's training and qualifications.
• Conduct a client consultation before treatments to understand preferences and identify relevant contraindications.
• Select appropriate lash styles, lengths, curls, and techniques based on the client's needs and the condition of their natural lashes.
• Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and infection-control procedures before, during, and after each service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Explain aftercare instructions clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate client service records when required.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Recommend appropriate aftercare products or services when suitable, without applying pressure to clients.
• Monitor lash and product quality and report any concerns to management.
• Follow workplace policies, safety procedures, and applicable Kuwait regulations.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute positively to the salon team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Lash Technician or in a similar beauty-services role.
• Practical knowledge of eyelash extension and lash-care techniques.
• Ability to work carefully and accurately for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant beauty, lash, or cosmetology training/certification is preferred where applicable.
• Willingness to follow the employer's service standards and workplace procedures.
