Career Land Center, a well-established luxury beauty salon group in Qatar, is hiring an Eyelash Technician. You will perform eyelash extensions and lash lifts in a premium salon environment, delivering exceptional results and client service.

Ideal candidates have proven lash experience, strong safety standards, and the ability to advise clients on styles; relocation to Qatar is required; English is mandatory, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Eyelash Technician or Lash Artist.
• Strong knowledge of lash techniques, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Experience in luxury salons is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to relocate to Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Perform classic, volume and hybrid eyelash extensions.
• Carry out lash lifts and other lash enhancement treatments.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Eyelash Technician who is passionate about lash artistry and beauty services, and committed to delivering exceptional results and customer service in a premium salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional eyelash extension services (classic, volume, hybrid)
• Carry out lash lifts and other eyelash enhancement treatments
• Consult clients and recommend suitable lash styles based on eye shape and preference
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation at all times
• Ensure precise, safe, and high-quality application of eyelash extensions
• Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and fully prepared for services

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician or Lash Artist
• Strong knowledge of lash techniques, safety, and hygiene standards
• Ability to perform detailed and precise lash work
• Experience in luxury or high-end salons is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Presentable, professional appearance and attitude
• Willing to relocate to Qatar
