Job summary

Jotun Indonesia is seeking an Apprentice to support the Laboratory team as a Laboratory Technician, Color Matcher to match and prepare product colors/samples to customer specifications. The role is based in Legok, Tangerang, Indonesia.

The ideal candidate may be a diploma graduate in chemical analysis or related field, with fresh graduates or up to 1 year of related experience, and skills in quality control, sampling, color matching, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduate in chemical analysis or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year of related experience.
• Skills: quality control, sampling, color matching, MS Office.
• Willing to be based in Legok, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Process laboratory requests per regional strategy and Brand structure.
• Extrude and mill sample mixes for color matching.
• Prepare panels and compare with color standards.
• Create IFS product codes for new products.
• Maintain lab and equipment with 5S housekeeping.
• Daily calibration of laboratory devices and manage sample storage.
• Perform HSE, 5S and ODM per standards.
