Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Conduct assistance and teaching activities according to schedule.
• Ensure attendance data for practicum classes and laboratories is recorded.
• Assist subject coordinator in developing examination questions, projects, individual assignments, and practicum examinations, including preparing data and answer documents within timelines.
• Evaluate and grade practicum activities following established standards and timelines.
• Organize and implement effective assistance processes.
• Attend training related to practicum preparation, Test of Progressive for Assistant (TPA) preparation, and knowledge development.
• Complete the Test of Progressive for Assistant (TPA) within the required timeline.
• Coach new assistant recruitment members.
• Arrange research activities, particularly within the Research Interest Group (RIG), according to schedule.
• Provide reports to the direct supervisor.
• Suggest improvements related to responsibilities, focusing on time, effort, and cost efficiency.
• Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
• Carry out additional tasks as required by the direct supervisor.
