Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or currently a university student in the 6th semester.
• No prior working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assistance and teaching activities according to schedule.
• Ensure attendance data for practicum classes and laboratories is recorded.
• Assist subject coordinators in developing examination questions, projects, individual assignments, and practicum examinations, including preparing data and answer documents within timelines.
• Evaluate and grade practicum activities following established standards and timelines.
• Organize and implement effective assistance processes.
• Attend training related to practicum preparation, TPAs, and knowledge development.
• Complete the TPA within the required timeline.
• Coach new assistant recruitment members.
• Arrange research activities within the Research Interest Group (RIG) according to schedule.
• Provide reports to the direct supervisor.
• Suggest process improvements related to responsibilities, focusing on time, effort, and cost efficiency.
• Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
• Carry out additional tasks as required by the direct supervisor.
