Job summary

Japfa is seeking an R&D Support role in Indonesia to assist with formulation, testing, and trials across laboratory, pilot, and plant scales. You will work under the guidance of R&D leadership and help ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The position involves collaboration with Operations and Quality teams, maintaining thorough documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a safety-governed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with R&D lab environments is beneficial.
• Understanding of food safety, quality, halal, regulatory and sustainability requirements is advantageous.
