Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in L2 support, fluent English, and hands-on coding with React or Golang. On-site position based in Jakarta Selatan with cross-unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an L2 Application Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
• Experience in application troubleshooting, incident analysis, and production support.
• Able to read, analyze, and troubleshoot application code.
• Hands-on coding experience with React or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Perform an initial assessment of incoming issues to accurately classify severity, impact, and technical domain.
• Cross-Divisional Internal Tools Support: Act as the second layer responder for internal banking tools (loan origination systems, collection systems, CRM, risk management tools, and back-office portals).
• Log Tracing: Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk or Grafana to trace the complete journey of a customer request from the initial app click to the final database entry and third-party response.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Document and identify the root cause of recurring incidents, collaborating with backend and DevOps teams to implement permanent fixes.
