Job summary

Shelter Restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Admin to support the administrative and operational functions of our Kitchen Department. The role focuses on maintaining kitchen documentation, inventory and purchasing administration, and generating reports in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and various departments to ensure timely and accurate administrative processes, data management, and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in kitchen administration, F&B admin, purchasing, inventory, or similar roles.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation for the Kitchen Department.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain kitchen records and reports.
• Ensure all kitchen documentation is accurate and properly filed.
• Assist Executive Chef and kitchen management with administrative requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of operational and business information.
