Job summary

Yayasan Adikara Niat in Jakarta is seeking a qualified educator for play-based learning in an international school setting. Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in Psychology (Child Development preferable) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading and listening) with minimum CEFR score in B1 (mandatory).
• Have teaching experience in a national-plus/international school will be beneficial.
• Experienced in teaching specific group will be plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a good relationship with students and parents.
• Able to Observe and write an individual student's progress.
• Submits the scheme of work, lesson plans, project plans, daily tests/quizzes due on play-based learning.
• Conducts yearly evaluation and revisions of the scheme of work.
• Promotes the subject through co-curricular activities.
• Willing to do some ad hoc projects.
