UNIT. Group in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a Kindergarten/Preschool Teacher based in Tabanan. You will plan and deliver daily activities across arts, music, storytelling, and play while guiding children in core skills and behavior. Collaborate with teachers, maintain a safe classroom, and engage families with progress updates.

You’ll stay current with teaching methods and early childhood trends, bringing energy, creativity, and a nurturing approach to a multicultural classroom in Bali.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD/PG-PAUD) or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Kindergarten/Preschool Teacher preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Passionate about working with children and their development.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and enthusiastic.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD/PG-PAUD), Education, Psychology, Elementary Education, English Education, or related fields

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Kindergarten/Preschool Teacher is preferred

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development

Patient, caring, responsible, and enthusiastic

Creative and able to create fun, interactive, and age-appropriate learning activities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work collaboratively with teachers and team members

Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and child safety is a plus

Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment

Willing to be based in Tabanan, Bali.
