Job summary

adidas is seeking a Manager, Key Account Wholesale for Foot Locker SEA in Jakarta. You will drive profitable market share growth within the assigned account, leading sell-in and sell-through for focus categories and coordinating wholesale activation to achieve sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with Foot Locker, adidas SEA Category Planning, Assortment Planning, and Country Sales teams, while managing stakeholder relationships and delivering insightful category reporting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Commercial, or Business Development.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Foot Locker Sports Buying Team and adidas SEA teams to drive growth.
• Organize and steer the sell-in process; build assortment plans and range presentations.
• Develop account strategies and align with cross-country stakeholders.
• Monitor sell-in/sell-out and provide category reporting to senior management.
• Drive activation with the Activation Manager to boost sell-out.
• Represent the account internally as a brand ambassador and coordinate interfaces.
• Analyze consumer demand and category trends to identify gaps and drive sell-through.
