Job summary

PT Global Mega Servis, based in Bali, seeks an Accountant & Tax Officer to join our growing team. You will maintain accurate accounting records, prepare monthly statements, and handle tax reporting under Indonesian regulations, while supporting clients with accounting matters and ensuring deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and has at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Excel is preferred; Bali domicile is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Accountant or Tax Officer (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Handle bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax reports in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist in tax documentation.
• Support clients with accounting and tax matters.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant or Tax Officer, Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software is a plus.
• Brevet A & B certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Ability to prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
• Experience in preparing and submitting tax reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines accurately.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
• Domiciled in Bali.
