Job summary

McDermott International is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will perform detailed design engineering and analyses under supervision, applying structural engineering knowledge to routine tasks.

Responsibilities include preparing design calculations, coordinating with discipline engineers, and supporting drafting checks. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and basic English skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• 0–3 years of oil & gas industry experience, or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to standards, codes and guidelines.
• Good command of English (oral and written).

• Perform detailed design engineering, analysis, and calculations on basic tasks.
• Prepare clear, accurate design calculations and procedures.
• Organize work to meet deadlines under supervision.
