Qualifications

• 0–3 years of software development experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals welcome.
• Experience or strong interest in C#, Angular, Flutter, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, relational databases, Git, automated testing, and software delivery workflows.
• Ability to use AI development tools effectively while independently evaluating generated solutions.
• Willingness to learn Payroll, Attendance, HR, and Tax domains.
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software features using C#, Angular, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Debezium.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and engineering agents for implementation and testing.
• Review and verify AI-generated code through reasoning and tests.
• Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions with edge cases in mind.
• Write clean, secure, and observable code.
• Investigate production issues via logs and queries.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development practices and tooling.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, Support, and engineers to deliver enterprise software.
