We’re looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our growing team and help build reliable, scalable software solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited to turn ideas into impactful products while working alongside experienced engineers. We are seeking a curious and motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to building reliable application code, learning from existing codebases, and utilizing cutting-edge AI-assisted developer workflows under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

• Good understanding of basic software engineering and programming fundamentals.
• Ability to write, understand, and modify application code using at least one programming language.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and engineering concepts.
• Good problem-solving and debugging mindset, with the willingness to investigate problems rather than relying only on trial and error.
• Curious and comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and trying to understand how and why a system works.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP, JSON, databases, and client-server application
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Comfortable reading unfamiliar code and learning from an existing codebase.
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Willing and able to understand, review, debug, and validate AI-generated code rather than using generated code without understanding it.
• Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and collaborate with other engineers.
• Strong sense of curiosity, responsibility, and willingness to continuously improve.

Strong Advantages

• Experience with Go (Golang).
• Experience with Python.
• Experience developing frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience developing backend APIs or services.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Docker or containerized development environments.

• Experience building personal projects, university projects, freelance projects, open-source projects, or production applications.
