Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience in marketing/sales preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.
• High integrity and risk awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct credit surveys and background checks, verify application documents, and manage non-performing loan (NPL) recoveries.
• Execute all credit business processes in strict accordance with SOPs and regulations to minimize financial risks.
