Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a QA/Software Tester for banking applications in Jakarta. You will perform functional, integration, regression, SIT and UAT testing, and prepare comprehensive test artifacts from business and system requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years of QA experience in banking software, with proficiency in JIRA or Azure DevOps for defect tracking and a solid understanding of SDLC/STLC. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of QA/Software Tester experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services applications.
• Experience in mDocs, JITU, SKN, RTGS, Enterprise Risk System / Risk Management System, or Forex / Foreign Exchange System.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and testing.
• Familiar with defect management and testing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Gross Salary Range: IDR 5.700.000 - IDR 6.200.000

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing for banking applications.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test scripts based on business and system requirements.
• Execute testing, document test results, and report defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst, Developers, and business users to analyze and resolve defects.
• Conduct retesting and regression testing after defect resolution or system enhancement.
• Support testing documentation, defect tracking, and regular testing status reporting.
• Ensure applications meet business requirements, functional specifications, and quality standards.
