Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or built environment fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome or with up to 1 year of related internship/experience.
• Strong interest in Property Management and building operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Property and Building Management teams across operations, tenant relations, facilities coordination, administration, reporting, and other activities.
• Participate in property inspections and operational reviews; monitor building conditions and maintenance activities.
• Assist with tenant coordination, vendor relations, and service delivery to ensure smooth operations.
• Support property mobilizations and pre-setup projects, including site assessments and data collection.
• Contribute to a broad range of assignments across the property management portfolio with teams.
