Job summary

PT AJAIB TTX Solusi (jakarta) is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our People team in Jakarta. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities include processing monthly payroll, maintaining employee master data, using Excel and HRIS for calculations, reconciling payroll reports, and preparing PPh 21 and Form 1721‑A1 tax slips, all while handling confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes, PPh 21, and BPJS.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table).
• Experience in manual payroll calculation and using HRIS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle employee inquiries professionally.
