Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a Legal Staff to support the company’s daily legal operations, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing agreements, licenses, and other documents in compliance with applicable law.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate (up to 2 years) with a Bachelor of Law, basic knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and OSS licensing, strong drafting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work in a fast-paced F&B environment and liaise with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law (SH) required.
• Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and OSS licensing.
• Excellent drafting and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Filing & Documentation: Collect and organize legal documents and agreements to ensure easy retrieval.
• Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare and draft routine agreements with vendors, landlords, and third parties, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Risk Identification: Review contracts to protect company interests and identify potential legal risks to report to supervisors.
• Legal Support & Advisory: Assist in obtaining operational licenses and permits and support the team in providing legal opinions on business activities.
• Internal Compliance: Help internal stakeholders with legal-related matters to ensure daily operations remain compliant.
• External Coordination: Liaise with external parties to collect necessary legal documents and maintain good relationships to keep processes on schedule.
• Administrative Management: Maintain a proper digital and physical archive of all legal files and update progress reports on legal activities regularly.
