Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. in Bangkok is seeking an Installation & Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance of equipment at customer sites.

Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive hands-on on-the-job training. The role involves travel to industry estates, relocation support, and interaction with Chinese-speaking clients.

Based in Bangkok, you may be assigned to up-country sites; relocation and visa support are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant internship or hands-on experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test machines at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist service engineers; prepare service reports and documentation.
• Communicate with customers professionally and service-oriented.
• Travel to up-country customer sites when required.
