Bintang Toedjoe in Indonesia is looking for a Junior Nurse (Nursing) to support employee health programs and workplace safety initiatives. The role focuses on preventative health, safety training, and basic first aid within the company.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma in Nursing, be open to fresh graduates, and be willing to work on-site in Cikarang. Knowledge of HSE concepts is a plus and a strong interest in wellbeing is expected.

Formación

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Nursing.
• Certified in General HSE and Hiperkes preferred.
• Open for fresh graduates.
• Basic to intermediate first aid skills.
• Strong interest in Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement programs to maintain and improve employee health.
• Deliver first aid (P3K) training within the company.
• Implement preventive measures against occupational health risks.
• Carry out corrective actions for conditions causing occupational illnesses.
