Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Computer Science, Information System atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai DevOps/DevSecOps atau peran serupa.
• Pengalaman hands-on dengan aplikasi Java dan Node.js (Express.js, React.js, React Native).
• Pemahaman kuat proses build/deploy di lingkungan Linux.
• Pemahaman arsitektur Microservices dan platform orkestrasi kontainer seperti Kubernetes atau OpenShift.
• Pengetahuan Linux yang baik (administrasi Windows dianggap sebagai nilai tambah).
• Pengalaman mengelola repositori, artefak, dan pipeline CI/CD.
• Kemampuan membuat/mengubah skrip deployment automation.
• Kemampuan troubleshooting, dokumentasi, dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi dan mendukung deployment produksi.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola build, deployment, dan proses rilis di lingkungan pengembangan dan produksi.
• Membuat, memelihara, dan memodifikasi pipeline CI/CD sesuai kebutuhan proyek.
• Mengelola repositori kode sumber, artefak, dan pipeline deployment.
• Memantau, memvalidasi, dan memecahkan masalah pipeline deployment agar operasional tetap lancar.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis saat deployment aplikasi.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim pengembangan, QA, dan infrastruktur untuk deployment manual maupun otomatis.
• Mempersiapkan laporan deployment dan dokumentasi teknis.
• Membangun dan mendistribusikan aplikasi mobile jika diperlukan.
• Bekerja dengan lingkungan berbasis Linux dan arsitektur microservices.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Java and Node.js applications (Express.js, React.js, React Native).

Strong understanding of application build and deployment processes in Linux environments.

Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift (OCP).

Good knowledge of Linux operating systems (Windows administration is a plus).

Experience managing repositories, artifacts, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to create and modify deployment automation scripts.

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support production deployments.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Manage application build, deployment, and release processes across development and production environments.

• Create, maintain, and modify CI/CD deployment pipelines based on project requirements.

• Manage source code repositories, artifacts, and deployment pipelines.

• Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot deployment pipelines to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide technical and standby support during application deployments.

• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful manual and automated deployments.

• Prepare deployment reports and maintain technical documentation.

• Build and distribute mobile applications.

• Support deployment of Java and Node.js (Express, React.js, React Native) applications.

• Work with Linux-based environments and containerized microservices architecture.
