Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines to improve deployment efficiency, consistency, and reliability.
• Enhance and optimize existing deployment pipelines to support evolving application and infrastructure requirements.
• Provide technical support for application deployment activities, ensuring successful releases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Perform security and vulnerability scanning on source code, applications, and deployment pipelines to identify potential security risks.
• Analyze and validate identified vulnerabilities, assess their impact, and coordinate remediation efforts with development and infrastructure teams.
• Prepare and communicate vulnerability assessment reports, providing recommendations and tracking remediation progress with developers.
• Monitor CI/CD pipeline performance and troubleshoot build or deployment failures to ensure continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment automation, application security, and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing DevOps best practices and enhancing deployment and security processes.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands‑on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid knowledge of Linux system administration and Shell/Bash scripting.
• Experience developing automation scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, npm, or similar technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Kibana, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Good understanding of DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability assessment, security scanning, and remediation processes.
• Experience using security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, Snyk, Checkmarx, or OWASP Dependency‑Check is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve build, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional Agile teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
