Job summary

PT Centria Integrity Advisory is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our risk and business resilience team in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in risk, Business Continuity and ESG consulting whilst working on meaningful projects that drive environmental and social impact.

As a Junior Consultant, you will support the development and delivery of consulting services to our clients, contributing to strategic sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, IT, environmental science, sustainability, business administration, engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesise complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated interest in environmental and sustainability issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the consulting environment.
• Preferred experience: internship or project experience in sustainability, environmental consulting or related fields.
• Preferred experience: familiarity with risk, BCM , sustainability frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 22301, COSO, GRI, SASB or similar standards

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of project reports, assessments and recommendations for clients
• Contribute to the development of project strategies and implementation frameworks
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather data to support consulting projects
• Participate in site visits and audits to assess current practices and identify improvement opportunities
• Support the creation of presentations, proposals and client deliverables
• Collaborate with senior consultants and team members on project delivery
• Assist in identifying and researching trends and regulatory developments
• Support business development activities and client relationship management

About the role

Key responsibilities

Support the preparation of project reports, assessments and recommendations for clients
