Legasta Attorneys, a full-service Indonesian law firm, seeks a Junior Associate for a full-time on-site role in Jakarta. You will support senior attorneys, drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting legal research, and advising on regulatory matters.

You will assist with negotiations, pre-negotiation prep, and the preparation and filing of court documents, as well as supporting attorneys through litigation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law; admittance as a legal advocate is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience at a law firm handling corporate matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate at Legasta Attorneys in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Associate will be responsible for supporting senior attorneys, and will be mainly in charge for, among other things:

• drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents;
• conducting legal research;
• providing advisory support on legal and regulatory matters;
• assisting with negotiations and attending to pre-negotiation preparations; and
• assisting with the preparation and filing of court documents, as well as supporting attorneys in all stages of litigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law - admittance as a legal advocate is a plus point;
• two (2) to three (3) years of experience working in a law firm handling corporate matters;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian languages;
• Experience working with clients directly and maintain relationships;
• Dedication to contributing to the growth and development of the firm; and
• High attention to detail, and demonstrates a strong ability to respond quickly and take prompt action when needed.
