Job summary

Legasta Attorneys, a full-service Indonesian law firm, seeks a Junior Associate for a full-time on-site role in Jakarta. You will support senior attorneys, drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting legal research, and advising on regulatory matters.

You will assist with negotiations, pre-negotiation prep, and the preparation and filing of court documents, as well as supporting attorneys through litigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law; admittance as a legal advocate is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience at a law firm handling corporate matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents.
• Conducting legal research.
• Providing advisory support on legal and regulatory matters.
• Assisting with negotiations and pre-negotiation preparations.
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of court documents; supporting attorneys in litigation.
