Navision or SAP experience is a plus, and strong English communication is essential for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to read Chinese characters.
• Experience with GST and DOA.
• Proficient in Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage payments, receipts, and other accounting duties as assigned.
• Handle treasury, banking systems, payment processes, and GST compliance.
• Perform 3-way matching between documents and the system.
• Prepare payment vouchers and TT for local and overseas payments.
• Prepare postings and journal entries for cash, bank transactions, and expenses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
