Job summary

PT Sinometal Stamping Technology Batam is seeking a full-time on-site Accountant in Batam to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

You will manage payroll, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and monthly and annual financial reporting, while supporting audits and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate has a D3 or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, strong MS Office and accounting software skills, and a detail-oriented, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Familiar with full-set accounting and TAX.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and auditing.
• Understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Prior experience in Accounting or Finance-related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes, including attendance verification, salary calculation, bonuses, and THR.
• Review and verify work completed by Account Clerks.
• Perform bank reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Handle supplier payments, including invoices, cheques, and payment vouchers.
• Prepare complete monthly and annual reports (full-set financial report).
• Monitor and control petty cash and overall company financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including tax reports.
• Handle banking activities, including cheque collections, currency exchange.
• Coordinate and provide required data to tax consultants and auditors for annual audits.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by HQ.
