Job summary

PT. Surya TOTO Indonesia Tbk is seeking an accounting assistant to support daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s in Accounting are welcome to apply, and you will handle invoices, journal entries, and documentation with attention to detail.

The role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have professional integrity, good personality, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good understanding of accounting cycles/processes and journal entries
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Brevet certificates or other relevant certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), tax invoices, and other supporting documents.
• Record and process invoices and accounting transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors and related departments regarding invoice and payment processes.
• Maintain accounting and payment documentation.
• Support daily accounting and finance administrative activities.
