Jr Technical Writer or IT Business Analyst

Min. 1 year experience as Technical Writer or Business Analyst in technology/software/digital product.

Experienced in creating FSD, API Documentation, and System Documentation.

Understand basic API concepts (REST/JSON, SOAP), SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.

Familiar with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar tools.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and able to work cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and update FSD, API Documentation, Technical Specification, System Flow, and User Guide.
