Job summary

Indocyber Global Teknologi, PT in Indonesia is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests for banking apps, focusing on web and mobile platforms. You will implement test scripts with Katalon Studio and create test artifacts aligned with FSD/BRD requirements.

You will perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing, analyze results, and log defects in JIRA. Collaborate with BAs, developers, POs, and QA teams, manage test data, and participate in SIT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Katalon Studio for web and mobile banking apps.
• Experience in functional, regression, smoke and integration testing.
• Familiar with SDLC and defect tracking with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Mandatory Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Willing to be assigned to the Banking industry.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio for web and mobile banking applications.
• Create and execute test cases based on Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing to ensure application quality and stability.
• Analyze test results and identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools such as JIRA.
• Conduct re-testing and regression testing after bug fixes are implemented by the development team.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure software quality before release.
• Manage and maintain test data required for testing activities.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
• Prepare testing documentation including test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect reports.
• Support continuous testing practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
