Job summary

PT Want Want Indonesia, a leading FMCG rice cracker company, seeks a Marketing Management Executive to lead product development, brand activities, and trade marketing initiatives in the Tangerang area. You will coordinate with Marketing for promotional materials, supervise promotions with Key Accounts and Distributors, and manage investments, while tracking category sales and pricing insights.

• Experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Experience in General Trade and Modern Trade.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Strong trade relationships.
• Willing to work in TamanTekno, BSD.

• Lead brand activities and product development.
• Coordinate with Marketing on promotional materials.
• Supervise promotions with Key Accounts and Distributors.
• Manage Trade Marketing investments and initiatives.

• - Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution
• - Tracking and evaluation of category sales strategies and programs to meet company objective
• - Provides analysis and insight in key focus areas of promotional effectiveness, pricing, planning, and linkage.
• - Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
• - Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.
• - Understand about GT & MT
• - Understand budgeting control ofr Marketing

Job Requirement

• - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
• - Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing management
• - Able to communicate in English
• - Experience in handling and set up promotion plan in General Trade and Modern Trade
• - Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different levels and functions
