Job summary

Link and Motivation Inc. is recruiting for an Associate-level role based in Indonesia.

You will support clients by designing and implementing strategies to foster motivation and organizational transformation, while identifying local market opportunities and building strong client relationships. You will analyze survey data, collaborate with C-suite and HR leaders, and help grow the pipeline by engaging with corporations facing complex organization issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
• 1–2 years of working experience preferred; applicants with genuine interest in organizational transformation encouraged.
• JLPT N2 or higher Japanese proficiency preferred; strong English skills; additional Southeast Asian language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data to diagnose organizational strengths and cultural challenges.
• Co-create solutions with executives and HR leaders for change management strategies.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to expand business in Southeast Asia.
