Job summary

KARADA Indonesia is seeking a bilingual interpretation professional to support business meetings and discussions, translating between Japanese and Indonesian. The role requires quick, accurate interpretation of business terms and context to ensure smooth communication during strategy, operations, and client interactions.

The candidate should be fluent in both languages, familiar with business terminology, and capable of interpreting at meetings with Japanese companies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of business terminology and professional communication.
• Experience interpreting business meetings, especially with Japanese companies, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret during business meetings and discussions between Japanese and Indonesian teams.

Job description

• Provide Japanese–Indonesian and Indonesian–Japanese interpretation during business meetings and discussions.
• Facilitate communication regarding business strategies, company operations, and other business-related matters.
• Understand and accurately interpret terminology related to KARADA’s business, wellness services, and treatment operations.
• Assist with translating business documents, presentations, and other materials when required.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and professional communication between both parties.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of business terminology and professional communication.
• Able to understand business operations, particularly in the wellness, health, spa, or treatment service industry.
• Previous experience interpreting business meetings, especially with Japanese companies, is preferred.
• Able to quickly understand business context and convey messages accurately.
• JLPT N2 or N1 certification is preferred.
• Available to work on a part-time or freelance basis according to meeting schedules.
