Viction One in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer for a full-time, on-site role.

You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, conduct market research, prepare proposals, and coordinate meetings. The role requires fluency in English and Indonesian, strong communication, negotiation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation and relationship building.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to evaluate opportunities, forecast, and support pricing decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Customer-focused approach and strong Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences and long-term relations.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in productivity tools and professional fluency in English and Indonesian.
