Job summary

Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, part of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Jakarta Sales Office. Based in Jakarta, you will drive revenue targets, manage key accounts, and expand business in Jakarta and surrounding areas with a focus on room revenue and events.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hotel sales experience, a strong network in Jakarta, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel to Bali and other locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience with Jakarta market exposure.
• Senior Sales Manager or equivalent leadership experience in luxury/hospitality.
• Strong understanding of Jakarta corporate, MICE, travel trade and leisure markets.
• Established network of corporate accounts and key business partners in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Own Jakarta and surrounding areas sales targets: room revenue, room nights and other objectives.
• Develop and execute a strategic Jakarta & Surrounding Areas Sales Plan.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue and market share.
• Drive proactive sales activities via calls, meetings, presentations and events.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Represent Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach in Jakarta through sales activities and events.
