Responsibilities

• Assist management in resolving guest calls, requests, or problems and use sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, emails, typing, and faxing.
• Welcome guests according to Marriott standards and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
