Job summary

Palladium: Make It Possible is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile development initiatives across the APAC region, with a focus on Indonesia and Southeast Asia. You will work with governments, industry, and communities to mobilise and implement complex programs on time and on budget.

The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams and partners, while maintaining high standards of governance and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in consulting, project management, international development, or donor-funded environments (Indonesia/APAC).
• Experience with mobilisation, budgeting, reporting, procurement, and risk management.
• Experience contributing to business development including tenders and proposals.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and value-for-money decision making.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong business writing.
• Ability to build cross-cultural relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Coaching, mentoring, and team leadership experience with commitment to inclusion.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel regularly within Indonesia and the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed company, regional, and personal objectives with timeliness and accountability.
• Contribute country and sector intelligence to support market positioning and bid design.
• Manage delivery of projects and programmes from mobilisation to close-out within budgets and contracts.
• Apply project management and technical expertise across multiple assignments.
• Support employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage assigned team members, consultants, and partners with clear roles and delivery accountability.
