BioLife Plasma is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Lead for its Jakarta operations. You will oversee end-to-end procurement for the plasma center network, including supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders, while ensuring regulatory alignment and timely delivery.

• Proven experience leading procurement for multi-site network.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract support skills.
• Experience in inventory planning and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for BioLife plasma center network in Indonesia.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, quality, legal and IT teams.
• Manage supplier selection, pricing negotiations, contracts, POs and performance oversight.
• Oversee inventory management and MRP to ensure stock levels and on-time delivery.
• Drive cost savings through competitive sourcing and supplier strategies.
• Support continuous improvement in operations, productivity, and profitability.
