Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is hiring a Business Unit Head of Finance to lead end-to-end finance and accounting for the BU in Jakarta. You will partner with the BU GM, drive financial visibility, and ensure robust controls and compliance across accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, and reporting.

You will lead a 7–8 person finance team, align BU performance with Corporate HQ policies, and provide financial insights to support operational decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years at Department Head or equivalent leadership level.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience across GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury, cash flow, and sales finance.
• Experience leading a Finance team of ~5–8 professionals.
• Solid knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of the Business Unit, including GL, AP, AR, reporting, and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and BU P&L, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, withholding, CIT) and regulatory filings.
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Monitor working capital, inventory, AR/AP, and credit controls.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and BU budget development with Corporate FP&A.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits in collaboration with Corporate HQ.
