Job summary

CODE.ID is seeking an IT System Analyst / Business Analyst to collect and translate business and system requirements into functional specifications and design documents. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders across SDLC.

You will analyze existing systems, identify improvement opportunities, support integrations, coordinate testing (UAT/SIT) and deployments, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in Agile or Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Familiar with story point Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API integration (REST/JSON)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.

• Create functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production deployment activities.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions comply with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.
• Work in Agile or Waterfall project environments depending on project needs.
