Job summary

JAPFA is seeking an IT operations professional to assist in supervising daily IT operations and end-user support. The role involves coordinating tasks, shifts, and ticket handling to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will monitor system availability, drive incident resolution, and uphold service level compliance while collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business users. Escalation of major incidents and risks will be required to maintain operational integrity.

Qualifications
