Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking an Expedition Administrative Support professional at our Baturiti facility. The role focuses on accurate documentation, data entry, and coordination with warehouses, production, transporters, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with logistics/administration exposure, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or logistics support in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify expedition-related documentation (delivery notes, packing lists, goods receipt notes).
• Coordinate with internal/external parties regarding expedition schedules and requirements.
• Input and maintain accurate data in expedition and inventory management systems.
• Monitor and track shipments; provide updates as needed.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to expedition documentation or deliveries.
• Prepare reports on expedition activities and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations for expedition processes.
• Maintain organized filing systems for expedition records.

This role supports the efficient and accurate administration of expedition (logistics/delivery) activities within the HC Baturiti facility, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and verify all expedition-related documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, and goods receipt notes.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, production) and external parties (e.g., transporters, customers) regarding expedition schedules and requirements.
• Input and maintain accurate data in the company's expedition and inventory management systems.
• Monitor and track the status of outgoing and incoming shipments, providing updates as needed.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to expedition documentation or deliveries.
• Prepare reports on expedition activities, performance and related metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations, for all expedition processes.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all expedition records.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in logistics, administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or logistics support role, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with inventory management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
