Job summary

PT Citra Dayak Indah is seeking an IT Supervisor to lead web application development, GIS visualization, and data center management from Jakarta, with willingness to work on project sites as needed.

The role requires at least 5 years in IT infrastructure, system development, or IT project management, and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, and Fortigate firewall. Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Development, or IT Project Management.
• Experience with Leaflet JS, ArcGIS, or GIS-based applications is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Firewall (Fortigate preferred), Data Center, and Server Management.
• Good understanding of network security and disaster recovery concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Web Application Development: Develop and maintain web-based applications for business operations and mining data management; Design and implement GIS/spatial data visualization.
• Data Center & Infrastructure Management: Plan, build, and manage data center infrastructure; Design and maintain server, network, and system architecture; Install and configure end-user devices; Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure reliability; Prepare infrastructure health reports and recommend improvements; Optimize IT infrastructure and business applications; Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• ICT Project Management: Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects; Manage data center migration and infrastructure enhancement initiatives; Implement Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions; Manage Active Directory integration, firewall authentication, and enterprise network infrastructure; Coordinate project planning, execution, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development
  • Develop and maintain web-based applications for business operations and mining data management.
  • Design and implement GIS/spatial data visualization using modern web technologies.
  • Develop and maintain company profile websites for the holding company and subsidiaries.
• Data Center & Infrastructure Management
  • Plan, build, and manage data center infrastructure.
  • Design and maintain server, network, and system architecture.
  • Install and configure end-user devices (laptops, printers, fingerprint devices, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure reliability through preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare infrastructure health reports and recommend improvements.
  • Optimize IT infrastructure and business applications.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop Information Systems (IS) that support business processes while maintaining cost efficiency.
