Indonesia Stock Exchange is seeking an analytical IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Officer to shape and maintain our Enterprise Architecture and IT strategy. You will align business needs with technology solutions, drive digital transformation, and ensure coherent IT governance across data, applications, and technology.

The role requires TOGAF-based EA experience, 1–2 years in EA, and strong communication in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years in Enterprise Architecture or related field.
• Hands-on TOGAF-based EA experience preferred.
• Fluent Indonesian and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF across Business/Data/Application/Technology.
• Develop EA roadmaps and studies for medium- and long-term needs.
• Recommend IT solutions to align data, apps, and tech within EA.
• Develop and update IT strategic plans and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT architecture and project portfolio information with divisions.
• Support QA processes for IT solution development projects.
• Coordinate GRC activities related to IT development and operations.
• Ensure IT policies, governance and documentation are up to date.

Job description

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly based on the TOGAF framework, to join our team as an IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Officer. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's Enterprise Architecture based on the TOGAF framework, covering Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture.
• Develop Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and studies to support the company's medium- and long-term business needs.
• Provide recommendations for IT solution adjustments to ensure alignment and coherence across data, applications, and technology within the company's Enterprise Architecture.
• Develop and update IT strategic plans and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with business needs.
• Manage IT architecture and project portfolio information and evaluate information systems in collaboration with relevant divisions and system owners.
• Support quality assurance processes for IT solution development projects.
• Coordinate GRC activities related to IT development and operations.
• Ensure IT policies, procedures, governance, and supporting documentation remain updated and available in accordance with applicable requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology or related fields.

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in developing, maintaining, or implementing Enterprise Architecture based on the TOGAF framework is highly preferred.
