Job summary

PT TOYO KANETSU INDONESIA is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to manage and expand our IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and security systems in Batam.

The role focuses on planning and implementing Cisco network solutions and Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and ISMS compliance under ISO 27001. You will lead ICT projects, develop ITSM processes, and provide leadership to internal IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and security administration.
• Experience implementing ISO 27001 ISMS.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking and Azure cloud platforms.

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security systems.

Job description

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security systems.

Plan, implement, and monitor enterprise network solutions based on Cisco and Microsoft Azure technologies.

Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and security of all IT systems and services.

Lead and manage ICT projects from planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

Establish and maintain Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.

Conduct risk assessments, security audits, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.

Manage IT vendors, service providers, budgets, and project resources.

Provide leadership and technical guidance to internal IT teams.

Prepare technical documentation, policies, procedures, and management reports.
