Job summary

PT China Taiping Insurance Indonesia is seeking an IT Developer to build, enhance, and support internal applications and IT systems in Jakarta. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, perform testing and debugging, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet system requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/SE and 1–2 years of experience, with SQL and database know-how, strong problem-solving skills, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an IT Developer, Software Developer, or in a similar role.
• Familiar with database management and SQL.
• Good understanding of software development processes, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage, especially for communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues or stakeholders.
• Willing to work in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal applications and IT systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with users and other departments to understand and fulfill system requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and provide technical support when required.
• Ensure applications and systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
• Support system integration and other IT projects as assigned.
