The candidate will coordinate with Human Capital, PM, and technical teams to fulfill client requirements, monitor progress, and prepare proposals and reports, contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 1–2 years in account management or business development.
• Experience with corporate banking clients is a plus.
• Understanding of B2B processes and contract administration.
• Basic IT services knowledge recommended.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into internal actions.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Identify client needs for IT services and staffing.
• Manage communications and follow-ups on requirements and proposals.
• Develop business opportunities through account management.
• Prepare proposals and service presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet requirements and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular client activity and pipeline reports.
• Assist with contracts, POs, and invoices.
• Attend client meetings or visits as required.
