Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri is seeking a Security Hardening Specialist to assess and implement OS and database security measures. The role involves reviewing configurations, conducting gap analyses, and producing remediation plans to strengthen security baselines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in security hardening, experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server, and proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and MariaDB. English fluency is required for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Security Hardening / Hardening Implementation.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, and MariaDB.
• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Experience in OS & Database configuration assessment and security hardening.
• Experience performing security gap analysis and preparing remediation/action plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with at least 2 Windows Server versions among 2012, 2016, 2019, or 2022.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle, SQL, and MariaDB.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle Database.

• Experience in OS & Database configuration assessment and security hardening.

• Experience performing security gap analysis and preparing remediation/action plans.

• Experience supporting BAU and server migration activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Willing to work in the banking industry.
